Unless I can select more than one that's really tough for me. I like doing almost all of those except for the last one. Scratch that, I like doing them all except the last one.

I'm not sure how to let people select more than one, I also like more than just main healing on tanks but I was going for a quick and dirty. I also like healing on squishies and high damage takers. The real point of this is discussion so we can make sure we're feeling good about what we're doing and not bored, unhappy, etc. We're good at discussion here Smile

I'm extremely happy with being told to heal the MT in one fight and doing patch healing, likewise I'm very happy watching the DPS for a fight =) What I like to do with the Shammy is go where I'm needed =D

I chose the last one. While I enjoy all the aspects of healing, I enjoy hitting things as well. As Tiuh said, I like to go where I'm needed. So if the DPS is covered, I'll hang back and heal. If the healing is covered, I'll dps. I'll tank (for short stints anyway) to get something off a clothy. That's my one beef with "hybrid" classes like Shaman, Paladin and Druid: the bigger the raid, the less we do.

I'd have to choose all except dealing damage and healing in an emergency. Not that I don't like that But because fey is so holy she has very little use as a damage dealer. But basically I think haveing different healing assignments and learning them all is more fun and better for the guild. By learning all the roles one can better understand how the healing role they're in relates to the other roles and help them to be better at that role. Some roles are more difficult than others, for example main healer on main tank. It certainly would not be fair for one person to always be given the most responsible role, both in terms of constantly being in the elite spot or always haveing to do the most difficult role. Unless there is a particular role one actually hates, I would encourage all healers to be in all roles and constantly switching off from raid to raid.

Patch healing for me, though I'll toss a Moonfire on the mob when we dont need a lot of healing.

I chose number 1, as I actually find it easiest and most relaxing.
